I have had three wonderful paintings done by Penny O'brien. They are of
second world war aircraft. I am thrilled with them, they are very
professionally done. They were also very inexpensive fro the quality they

Dear Penny O'Brien, I don't know if you will remember me because I know you
are a very busy artist, but you did a portrait of me about a year ago and I
was totally over the moon with it. I have visited your site many times and
think all your paintings are fantastic. I know some artists are good at
landscapes and some artists are good at portraits etc. but you are good at
everything! I particularly like the painting of an areoplane coming out of the clouds,
I know just the spot in my house where I'd hang it lol. Anyway I just
wanted to let you know how thrilled I am with my portrait, I know I wrote and
thanked you at the time, but I was looking at it again today and just wanted to
thank you once again. Everyone loves it and says it's the image of me. You
have even captured the colours and shapes of the flowers so perfectly I swear
I can even smell their perfume!...I can't believe you did all this from just
a photograph. I was wondering if I could put in an order for a portrait of
my grandchildren, it would make a splendid and unusual christmas present for
my daughter. I will send a couple of photographs to you and keep my fingers
crossed that you won't be too busy in the build up to christmas....many,

I have currently received 3 of these lovely paintings. One each for my children and another as a gift for my family. The paintings are fantastic, unique and a treasure to own. All my friends ask where i got them from and i always recommend penny. They cost next to nothing and are ideal unique gifts or an asset to any wall. I intend to order more for this christmas.
Penny not only made my trip to England special with her personality
and warmth, but I loved the finished product: the painting was
beautiful!
